Crystal is the founding attorney at Potts Legal, PLLC, a law firm that focuses on personal injury and intellectual property (IP). In her IP practice, Crystal helps her clients protect their brands and creative works through trademarks and copyright. Crystal is also a Guardian ad Litem and advocates for abused, neglected, and abandoned children.
Crystal later founded, The Systems Edit, a brand that helps businesses streamline and maximize the efficiency of their systems, processes, and tech so they can increase their productivity and profit. The Systems Edit services include consulting, training, and implementation. Crystal also hosts a free Facebook group for attorneys who use legal tech.
As a creative, Crystal is no stranger to the stage. She has poured out her creativity in spoken word and acting. She is also an avid traveler and a writer.
